Stairs, Glorious Stairs!

Today I arrived onsite to have a bit of look see, expecting to see brickwork started. Instead our stairs have been installed. Our staircase is Staircase Option 2 with extended balustrade. On the master plans there is a wall/dwarf wall at the Rumpus room section of the void.
We preferred the idea of an open feel to the upper landing/rumpus space so extended the balustrade to go around the full stairwell void instead of the wall at one end. Our stairs and woodwork will be stained in PD black with Cat 3 Desert Echo carpet down the treads. We also choose to have under-stair access from the pantry with a dwarf door after seeing it in other peoples builds.
