Electrical Fitoff

The electricians have been back to start the fitoff of electrical hardware. So far they have prepared all of the light switches, power points and light fittings. We made quite a lot of changes here and I need to check and double check that everything is how it's supposed to be.
There have been several missed power points, data points and incorrectly positioned light switches. It's not really a big deal or too much of a worry. I know they will be able fix it as they go and a couple of the light switches are perfectly fine where they have installed them even though they don't match our electrical plans. One thing I have noticed is that as the work commence on the fitout the mess grows too. At least that is what has happened for us, the tradies leave stuff everywhere. Not the boxes so much but more so the left overs end up hanging around or the plaster, tiles or other construction material they have to remove or cut for there work. It's not the end of the world but what we have found is that this 'stuff' that floats around and the tradies coming and going causes damage that could be avoided. Paint chips and marks here and there, scratched cabinets and so on. I do wonder why someone would place something like a pile of broken tiles pieces on to a stone bench top. Some times I feel like going in on the weekend and tidying up to avoid unnecessary damage. Anyway, maybe it is somehow more efficient to charge along and if some incidental damage occurs just fix it up. Doesn't seem right to me.

Unfortunately I didn't get too many photos of this part but I have a few of electrical wire poking through the plaster. Here you go...
